[LOS ANGELES-BOSTON] Making his first debut on NikkiSiixx.com Nat Anglin, debuts his latest visual Shhh! (CAN I). The track is funky and the visual is pretty clean. Thought his flow was dope. Nat Anglin takes us on a tour of the place he now calls home L.A. Along side his friends, that all make great cameos! Nat Anglin stays true to his hometown by rockin’ his Boston jersey. I really like the part where someone is wearing a Lakers jersey and hugs Nat, showing him his welcome to the city. Shhh! (CAN I) was produced by Ramzi Noble and Directed by Shane Norton. Be on the look out this year Nat Anglin is set to release his project The BosAngeles!
After Art Morera dropped the Afterglow EP, during his campaign he released the Covert Loop$. This is where Art Morera freestyles over 3 instrumentals. The instrumentals can be found on Curren$y and Alchemist’s Covert Coup project. I really like how all three beats are all in one track. Art is one hell of a story-teller, and his lyrics come to life and play a movie in your head. Here’s where Art Morera demonstrates he can take over any beat. Follow his journey and make sure you download the Afterglow EP.
[Washington, DC, via Oakland, California] Grindstone and Bomani Armah brings us their latest visual to BLACK STUFF. This track comes at you like a speeding bullet, both Grindstone and Bomani Armah have really fast flows. Make sure you catch the lyrical narrative about black culture. You can even say this is their take on revolutionary rap. They hit hard topics like high real estate prices, online media exposing the worse, and death from police brutality. The production and flow really make this something fun to listen to, even though they touch on real hard topics. The visual presents a cutting-edge graphics that bring their song BLACK STUFF to life. Grindstone and Bomani Armah are letting you in to the multi-faceted world of Black people in America. [LINKS] WEBSITE || FACEBOOK || TWITTER ||

[LOS ANGELES] Making his debut on NikkiSiixx.com, the upcoming Arizona native emcee/singer Chad Michael has released his EP Rain. The six track collection of songs portray a compelling story-line from a man pursing his dreams. During 2014-2015, Chad Michael went to college and moved to Southern California to make a career in music.
Going through the experiences he endured and lesson’s learned, Chad Michael wanted to express this on the Rain EP. All produced by Oregon Producer Emotion Beats. They were able to work together and really give the feel of rain fall, because of the records up and downs. Throughout the 25 minute journey, how can you not relate to Chad Michael. My favorite tracks of the Rain Ep are Evolution, Different, Weekend Love, and Rain. Here’s what I thought about my favorite tracks:
EVOLUTION is a track that shows off Chad Michael’s verbal capabilities! By showing us how fast and creative his lyricism can be. Considering this is the first track off the EP and the first song I hear from Chad Michael, this is definitely a great introduction. He lets the listener know the bullshit he’s been through and what he’s doing to prevail in his music career. Dope flow!
DIFFERENT is a track where Chad Michael expresses his time growing up in Arizona and making the big move to California. Retouching his roots Chad realizes things change and things will become different. Visual Directors Danny Gauthier and Chad M. Arechiga bring Chad Michael’s music video to his first single DIFFERENT.
WEEKEND LOVE here’s a track where Chad Michael becomes a hopeless romantic. When needing love you just have to take it slow or do what just feels right. But due to his career and the long distance, the commitment just doesn’t feel right. With what the entertainment industry is trying to show the artist, that the most important thing is getting money and fucking bitches. Messes with the mind, but not the heart.
RAIN I find this track to be very poetic with a heavy introspective perspective. With the simple production, it really makes you concentrate with what Chad Michael’s had to say. The twenty-four year old artist who has potential in making his mark in the hip-hop scene. RAIN also shows Chad’s melodic and soulful side to his music.
Chad uses ‘Rain’ as an opportunity to continue to explore and refine his burgeoning mixture of sounds. Whether crooning softly to an old flame or attempting to navigate the difficulty of societal pressures, the young artist’s intelligence, raw ability, and passion shine
With the beginning of the year underway, Chad Michael is expected to have collaborations with established artists and some new music videos as well! Be on the lookout for more content and take a listen to the Rain Ep.
[LOS ANGELES] Have you ever felt like fuck the world and just do whatever you want. Spencer Bonds expresses that in his exclusive track IN MY WORLD, that is on his new EP titled Calm Down. The track was produced by X A N, here’s where Spencer Bonds delivers a flow that fits well with dark trap genre sound. On his second project Calm Down here’s where Spencer Bonds showcases an artistic freed project. Considering himself as the Lizard kind, Spencer shares his stories and his self complex production, with some help with a few of his favorites.
[MIAMI, FLORIDA] Everyone has had to deal with situations that can be a bit Uncomfortable. Ramon ReVere is able to share some of his moments such as dealing with paranoia, ex-girlfriend issues, and even the peer pressure that comes from the street. Ramon ReVere just released his latest visuals from his up and coming project Uncomfortable with his new single CEVICHE. At the beginning of the video, it truly feels like a movie. Ramon ReVere makes a trip to Cali to meet up with Art Morera in California.
One thing I really like about the video is that with ReV’s lines he’s able to show it visually. Like the line with “Tattoo By DaVinci, Middle Finger Itchy, Girlfriend Bitchy” First it shows his dope tattoo on his inner forearm, and then he scratches his middle finger, then you see his girlfriend blow up! Art Morera takes over the second verse and brings in the bars. The collaboration between the two artist is dynamic. Be on the lookout for projects from Ramon ReVere with Uncomfortable EP, and Art Morera with AfterGlow EP.
[MIAMI, FLORIDA] Art Morera is starting the campaign for his upcoming EP AfterGlow, after releasing the first single JOB. He brings us the first visual with MOMENTUM with Private Club Artist Royce Rizzy. The two collaborated on MOMENTUM, taking it to the streets of FairFax Los Angeles. Lighting up L’s on top of rooftops and visiting Ducqets Store in San Diego, California. Impressive timelapse overlays on the video footage. Art Morera demonstrates on MOMENTUM that he’s willing to go the distance and showcases some melodic lyricism. Speaking from the heart, Art’s lyrics is something you can relate to. Production by @NixonOnTheTrack, I find myself having to press repeat. Also, Ramon ReVere makes a cameo during Art Morera’s smoke session. Stay in the loop for more upcoming releases by following Art Morera on all his social media accounts. And currently we’re waiting for a release date for his upcoming EP AfterGlow.

The stand alone followup to her debut EP, Time Travel, Jasmine Jordan’s infectious voice has us happily bopping along with her song Smile.
The video makes great use of color in order to convey the different types of emotions she’s singing about. With the current state of the game, music videos are often something you just do to get them out of the way and little thought is put into how they complement the song. It’s great to see how Jasmine’s visual goes against that way of thinking in order to enrich the song. After listening to it on Soundcloud, I had all sorts of warm colors in my mind based off of the production and lyrics alone. It was really nice to see those colors put on screen almost as if they had been ripped right from my mind.
Pleasant video. Worth a watch/listen for the soulful R&B Heads out there.

[DALLAS, TEXAS] Fat Pimp releases his first visual for UH OH which is the first of many more releases under the new label Dirty Water Music (based in California). The concept behind his visual was to obtain a 90’s classic movie feel, themed off of Phat Beach. Fat Pimp portrays the flirtations love interest of several women as he enjoys a beautiful day at the beach. Fat Pimp gets infatuated by the silhouette of another beautiful women while he was on a date with one, Fat Pimp became inspired to write about the “oops I’m staring” affect the woman had on his demeanor making him say UH OH. [OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA] The last time we featured J. Randy we featured his music video for TOUGH LINE. This time he brings us a recap of his studio session as the visual for his track SO AMAZED. For the visual it was shot at Denver’s Side 3 Studios. Lyrically this is one of J. Randy’s best displays of his talent. You see him writing, rehearsing, and having his people near him to get him motivated. His engineer Chase Thompson makes his cameo will mixing and mastering SO AMAZED, he has also worked with artist like BOB and Justin Bieber. Hitting up the studio is something J. Randy does on the regular, working in perfecting his craft. Currently, J. Randy is getting himself set up for his kick off tour called RAP SOUL. Starting October 3rd in Denver, Co at The Roxy Theatre, then it stretches across 7 states and 3 countries through this year and next year. From the Midwest, to USC in March, then London England in April; this tour is also headlined by UK underground king Big Cakes & up and coming act Prolific. I actually featured Big Cakes a few weeks ago regarding his music video for BOUNCE. The RAP SOUL Tour will be hosted by DJ Cruz.
[Los Angeles, California] Stephen Bradley isn’t exactly what you’d call a noobie musician. If the name “No Doubt” rings a bell, then you’ve probably heard some form of this mans work since he’s been a member of the band for a while. This new EP isn’t about the past though, so don’t let it weigh to heavily on your mind as you’re listening. Bradley has come to us with the offer of a 4 song EP, meant to show us what he can do on his own. The project is without a doubt a feel-good collection of songs. The subject matter is down to earth and easy to relate to. It doesn’t cover a wide range of topics but that’s only because of its brevity. A full length album from him seems like it would be very interesting.
“Take You Home” is a standout track on the project. The production is electric and mesh perfectly with Stephen Bradley’s voice and lyrics. It’s your typical “holla at a fly shorty” affair, but it’s sung so enigmatically that I couldn’t stop myself from moving along to the beat.
The only drawback about this EP is that it makes you wish it was longer. Although, that can be taken as a compliment towards the strength of the few songs that are offered. It’s great to see Stephen Bradley doing something outside of No Doubt and making a pretty good go of it. It’s worth a listen for anyone that appreciates a smooth groove and tight production. It’s short, but sweet.
[SANTA MONICA, CA] EVERY SEASON is a re-introduction to the artist/engineer/producer Jaae Kash who has now converted into Christian Rap and Hip-Hop. EVERY SEASON is the first single off his unreleased album God’s Will. Jay Kash knows his calling is to encourage the masses that God always has a plan for us even if we don’t see it at times. Pretty dope that Jaae Kash was able to deliver a really dope song without having to use any profanity. This will allow kids to listen in too. Here’s what Jaae Kash had to say what EVERY SEASON represents:
The production alone really stands out and surprising powerful lyrics praising God. With the positive motivation that God has given Jaae Kash he just wants to pursue his career by spreading the light through his music. Currently EVERY SEASON is available for free download via his Soundcloud Account. However, you can still extend your support, by purchasing it via iTunes or Google Play: SUPPORT HERE.
[POMONA, CA] 86JOON a hip-hop artist and skateboarder releases his upcoming EP “86”. 86 also for 1986 in which is the year that 86JOON made the transition from a sponsored skateboarder to a full-time artist. His music videos for his single PRETTY is dedicated to the drug culture and the pretty woman who are apart of it. Throughout the visual you see women doing Yoga, another one lifting weights, another painting nails, and then one dreading someones hair. PRETTY is refreshing and authentic and contributes to 86JOONS 86 EP. A bit of backstory on Joon’s determination, he’s apparent in everything he does. Having fought a heart arrhythmia, which held him back from skating for some time, it led him to dive deeply into his music. PRETTY has subtle subs and deep, dark vocals over his lyrics displaying the openness of drug use. Produced by @GStheGenius & @PRODUCERMAINE_. Be on the look out for his single track CRAZY, which is also from the 86 EP.
[DALLAS, TEXAS] Fat Pimp has signed a multi-year recording deal with California based Dirty Water Music. One of the few independent artist to be blessed with a three week stint on the Billboard hip hop charts, multiple times. Fat Pimp released his latest single Hurt They Feelings earlier this year which quickly found its way to MTV Jams. Warner Bros missed out the opportunity back in 2008 when they had a chance to sign Fat Pimp. Looking towards new horizons, Fat Pimp and his management team went to Dallas, Texas to start the new endeavor with Dirty Water Music. Congratulations to Fat Pimp from the staff at NikkiSiixx.com and we can’t wait to hear your new content. But in the meantime, for our listeners to get a proper introduction we have Fat Pimp’s latest project HURT THEY FEELINGS.
