This passed Saturday, I attended the Second Annual MiaJamFest at LMNT. I would have to say this was over the top compared to last years event. The venue was big enough to fit everyone, a really dope line up of performers, amazing fashion from local fashionistas, and overall a great vibe. MiaJamfest provided a photo booth, vendors to get to know, and gift giveaways from Soles Inc. Man, they even had break-dancing, model runway, large projection screen featuring the talents of the night. Dj Bre killed it with the music he was playing. Shoutout to Webbz, Xali, Lady Llama, and Quest on their bomb ass performances. I have nothing but love for the coordinators of this event Ashley Jones, and her team of women who only work hard. I always have fun at MiaJamFest! If you missed out catch the photos below and if not stay tuned with MiaJamFest for photos/videos to be released.

Last Thursday Night, I headed over to The Social Lubricant Lounge in Wynwood for WakeUpStar’s Event. Featuring dope music by DJ Bre, and a great line up of underground hip-hop artists. I just love the environment very chill and laid back. It’s on a patio that allows you to be outside with or without roofing. You’re able to gaze up to the stars. Huge projector playing a live basketball. There’s a bunch of sitting areas, hookah, smoke friendly environment. By the time I got there I was only able to catch 2 performances. I caught Webbz and Xali.
@WEBBZCX — We released Medicinal [EP] at the end of September and the response has been overwhelming. It’s approaching 2 months since the release and we’re still keeping the momentum with visuals and behind the scenes footage. This year also marked my first time performing at A3C which was an amazing experience.
My most recent performance at Oasis Eleven’s Street Dreams show was Dope. The venue was amazing and the crowd was receptive to all the performers. It was the perfect platform for an MC to perform. Overall, Street Dreams was a great event.
@NOEXnotonearth — Oasis 11 was a Great venue. Nice to build with like minded individuals. Also the quality of people where good really brought together a diverse crowd all so talented in their own way. Looking forward to more events from Oasis 11 the host and Dj were really on top of they’re game from the introduction of each artist to the music they were playing. Peace to the Host and everyone who had a hand in the event. Need more events like oasis 11.
@MusicByMercy — Tell you the truth, I didn’t know what to expect of the OASIS event. I kinda predicted to be a dope night of great vibes and good energy – and that was the outcome of that night. It was refreshing to be around live art and dope hip hop. A defining moment of clarity. I am just grateful of the opportunity to showcase my talent and connect with others. Huge shoutout to WAKEUPSTAR, SEAN BANG and DJ BRE – and everyone else that help make the night a kodak moment.
@MikeyMarriott — Oasis 11 is bringing real culture to the scene. The music, food, vibe and social setting is a breath of fresh air for Miami nightlife.
@XALIUNKNWN — Being able to perform at oasis 11 was a supreme experience. It is rare that you find promoters and people who use there expertise to influence the culture effectively on a weekly basis. Wakeupstar, AllLikeMinds, and DJ bre have been the catalyst to that with the brand they created with Oasis11 . As a young artist, to be apart of a movement that goes beyond the average soflo limitations of expected vibes is devine . Receieved alot of love from the people, the music by Dj Bre and Sean Bang never died, and got the opportunity to share my art with the people of my city. This Is Definitely something for the culture, Which is one of the main reasons I do music.
Stay tuned for this Thursday next OASIS 11!!!
After experiencing a live performance on stage for 305LIVE at A3C this year. Webbz releases he’s music video for DOING ME, featuring Johnny Brooks. DOING ME is a single off of Webbz’ MEDICINAL project which was produced single handily by Young Mcfly. Get The ‘Medicinal‘ EP at MedicinalEP.com, iTunes or Spotify. Directed by @BleuOdin. He was able to grasp Webbz, Johnny Brooks, and Young McFly just chilling, being themselves. He was able to capture them chilling in Young McFly in the studio, walking through the streets in Webbz neighborhood, and catching amazing skylines on the roof with the homies. What an amazing rooftop view, Wow! What a beautiful sunset. The overall sound of DOING ME is catchy, relevant, and is smooth. Johnny Brooks gives it a nice touch with his vocals on the hook, while Young Mcfly gives it the lifeline with the beat. Webbz completes the track with his lyrics and his flow is on point. My favorite verse would have to be the first one. For Everything Webbz, Don’t forget to check out his WEBSITE.

On September 11, South Florida Hip-Hop Artist Webbz released his album The Pursuit Of Happiness: A Black Man In AmeriKKKa. One of the tracks from the album MAKE A WAY featuring Cam’ron. Produced by Young McFly! I really like the vibe the track gives off. I find the concept to be so relevant, to anyone who is working hard to support themselves and they’re families. Life in generally is hard but you just gotta keep at it regardless of your lows. Keep Pushing AND MAKE WAY!
Check out the latest track from Webbz PEBBLE BEACH featuring Dashius Clay. Felt like I was slipped some acid and it took me to Pebble Beach. The guys are so descriptive to what goes on at Pebble Beach, it felt like I was there. The beat really help to grasp the feeling. Beat was produced by Young McFly. This release was a great idea to keep the listeners stay tuned until Webbz drops his official release of The Pursuit of Happiness: A Black Man in AmeriKKKa on September 11th.
My eyelids closed
Moving slow with a slurred up speech
I don’t love these Hoes
I aint trickin’ baby girl you gotta earn your seat
The water look purple
Nothing but crystals beneath your feet
I would like to Welcome You All to Pebble Beach.
