[AUDIO] Rex The Rager – California Dreamin’

rex the rager 01

[WILMINGTON, DE] It’s been a minute since we last heard from Rex The Rager. This time around he brings us his latest single CALIFORNIA DREAMIN’. According to Rex The Rager he claims to have never had a nightmare. (I would consider him lucky considering I’ve dealt with nightmares before). When Rex falls asleep every night he’s thinking of a woman, weed, and the weather from the West Coast state of California. I love the production, Rex The Rager’s flow, and the overall Cali vibes the track presents us with. Be on the look out for more content from Rex The Rager by following him on Twitter @RexTheRager.

Music Video: Ashe – The Comedown

ashe

ashe carLos Angeles Based Artist and Producer Ashe brings us his music video THE COMEDOWN. The visual brings us to California where the homies are chill, the women are gorgeous, and the weed is fire!! So fire that you don’t want to come down from it. Ashe is brutally honest and personal when it comes to his. THE COMEDOWN is the first single from Ashe’s project Fingerprints. I gotta say that this track is addictive! Especially when you’re an enthusiast of Mary Jane. I really like the visual effects added to it. It looks like someone drew on Ashe through out the video. Love the scenery. Shoutout to the video director Alex DiMarco Currently Ashe released a stop-motion visual for his second single TALK. Don’t forget to watch THE COMEDOWN and following Ashe on his social media accounts below.

Catch this 20 minute documentary shot by Pitchfork.tv for Hip-Hop Artist Curren$y. I thought this was a great look into the Jetlife’s tour life. From touring across the country, performing at booked out venues, and smoking ridiculous amounts of Reefer. I loved how the whole documentary was so artistic, from the angles, to the slow-mo, really gave life to this visual. I felt that the video can give some light to how an underground artist should put in work and have great work ethnic. Which showcases well with Curren$y.

A documentary following Curren$y as he tours, records, performs, and smokes.
